• representation in court disputes before courts in Poland, including the recovery and enforcement of debts, inheritance, divorce, alimony, child custody cases (including those conducted under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction), related to the division of property and medical damages and the protection of personal rights

• representation in mediation, administrative and court-administrative proceedings

• preparation of appeals and complaints against decisions taken by administrative bodies

• creation of all types of contracts and drafts of internal company acts

• assistance in commercial negotiations, including those related to real estate transactions, leases and evictions in the case of premises

• assistance in the field of labor law and social security, including the rules for practicing medical professions
